Vacant units cannot be held for more than 30-60 days depending on availability. Units will not be held for more than 3 business days unless all fees and deposits are paid and appropriate documents are provided to the community. Application fees are non refundable, please contact Rockwell at Crown for rental criteria at (240) 403-7149. An additional monthly rent charge may be charged for leases that are less than 12 months.
